Alpine, Wyoming, a small town near
the Idaho border, is located on the Snake River and on the banks
of the Palisades Reservoir. Nestled in a picture perfect
setting, surrounded by majestic mountains at an elevation of
5700 feet. The lovely Snake River Canyon connects Alpine to the
infamous Jackson Hole, making Alpine the gateway to Yellowstone,
Grand Teton National Park, and other Rocky Mountain recreational
adventures. |

Alpine hosts white water
rafters and kayakers all summer, then has plenty of deep snow in the winter,
for snowshoeing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling. The wonderful rivers
and forests near Alpine will bring you back over and over again.
