Read all information carefully. Submission of completed form will act as your application to the race. Entries will be accepted on a first come 1st serve basis & will establish your starting order on the first stage. If necessary, entries will be judged by date of postmark.
Race entry fee: is $1,000.00 USD and must be paid by personal check or money order. Make checks payable to PEDIGREE® STAGE STOP RACE. This is a $500.00 reduction from last year. In lieu of this the race will not be distributing the traditional $500 fuel stipend at the drivers meeting.
Participation Waiver & Release Agreement: The completed & notarized form is due by the start of the pre-race drivers meeting. Forms may be mailed to the race P.O. Box or hand delivered to Dan Carter, Race Director or Dianna Lehn, Assistant Director at the pre-race drivers meeting.
Late entry: November 15th 2018 entry is $1250.00. Entry received after December 31st entry is $1,500.00. After Dec. 31st we cannot guarantee your information to be in Stage Stop Media formats.
Refund Policy: Prior to November 16th of Application Year it is $800.00. Post November 16th there is no refund.
A 3 Member Race Committee will review applications and make final decisions regarding musher participation. Please note that it is mandatory for all applicants to be a member of P.R.I.D.E.(1-800-50-pride) prior to January 1st of the current race year. Verification of P.R.I.D.E. membership must be presented to the Race Committee prior to the date.
